OYO Ocean Breeze Hotel at Lincoln City

They bend over backwards to help and are smiling and friendly. I had a wonderful time. I would recommend the stay and the view of the beach and Ocean is wonderful. Please visit them. You won't be sorry. Have a wonderful stay and come back.I will.

Absolutely horrible experience. The hotel is dirty. The sink in the room was clogged and wouldn't drain. It was reported to the desk and we were assured it would be fixed. It wasn't. The elevator didn't work when we left. The staff was unfriendly and unresponsive to problems. And the room smelled bad.

Just spoke with Gabby at the front desk to confirm our reservations & time for check-in/check-out, she was absolutely amazing. She set my mind at ease knowing everything is ready for us to come for our vacation. It was a breath of fresh air speaking to someone who was so polite. I often think customer service is no longer something people take pride in and she proved me wrong. I look forward to our family vacation.

Staff was nice. Hotel needs some TLC desperately. Places on the wall and door the paint was chipped off, and the bathroom floor was cracked. There was hair in the shower, and the dresser was all sticky. Rest of the room was clean. Nice it was close to the beach so you could just walk over there. It was nice that they offered some pre packaged food for breakfast during COVID as no other hotel we stayed at that normally has free breakfast served had anything.

Great Hotel for the price. Some things were a little off like the toilet seat wasn't attached right but it wasn't a big deal. View of the beach was great and rooms are very nice. I would definitely pick this for a budget stay at the beach
