Paradise Inn & Suites at Lincoln City

Generally was a good experience...room clean, staff was nice...convience parking...right next to a super hips pizzeria, good distance for strolling, give you a complete loop of town...

The desk host was very kind. The room was reasonably priced and very clean. Definitely would recommend, and would stay again.

Terrible service, the back doors were broken open. The front desk lady was rude and angry. My friend staying with me got locked out of the room and the desk clerk called the police on her for trying to get a new key card.

I stay in one bed room (there were no more available) I call and ask for a rollaway bed, they said yes. When we got there they refused to give me the bed. So I ask for more pillows and blankets to make a bed for my kids. They gave me only 2 blankets, I ask for more and they defused again. I found a hair in the tub and the next morning no breakfast. Not recommend.

We booked and paid for 3 people but we got in the room and no towels available. We asked the receptionist for towels but she said the towels were wet. Next morning we asked again and we were told once again that no towels were ready as they were in the laundry. We explained that we needed the towels then 1 towel was given to us. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. There was someone smoking weed in another room which permeated across the hallway and in our room.
