Paradise Inn & Suites

Teresa the manager and Hotels.com are a joke. They refused to give me my refund! I had cancelled my reservation within 24 hours. When on August 1, 2020 Teresa took my information to guarantee that I would not be charged I indeed was. Please be be advised this was the worst hotel for cancellation. Will never stay there or use Hotels.com ever again!! You get 0 stars if I could take away stars I would!!!!

It was really clean ,and great location. And staff was always helpful when needed. But the beds were a bit firm and lumpy. But I would suggest it go others

I really thought this was a good place to stay prices are a tad bit pricy, and the dang hot tub was out of order so that was sad. But rooms were above average. But the beds were HARD it's like sleeping on a floor no give to them at all!!!!

This place is not worth it. Cheap thin pillows,nHorrible bed, AC didn’t work... and just all around gross. They don’t keep up the place at all... don’t go cheap like I did. Just spend the extra $ and get yourself a good hotel. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t be back!

It was decent. I think a bit over priced and the house keeping staff left an envelope on the dresser for tips. Personally we didnt like that. If the room was perfect id leave a few bucks but not cool to basically hold out ur hand for a tip!
