Everyone was very kind and professional. They took the time to answer questions and helped with my insurance claim. Thanks for all the hard work. We did have some leaking of the roof and that has been a nightmare. Found the leaks in Jan 2020. Only 5 months after install. We are still dealing with the repairs and Bone Dry is not wanting to pay for all the repairs done from the water damage. This makes me sad because they did a great job on the install. They did promise verbally that they would cover all the damage. This is not the case so far. We will see what happens. Not my choice for roofing service.

We were very impressed by our experience with Bone Dry's services. They were responsive and fair in the quoting process. They scheduled according to our requirements. And the install was just super! They informed us on each phase, texted with pictures of the work (as we were off site), kept the gardens protected, and did a great job on the cleanup. We highly recommend this company!

Roof repair appears to be good, but scheduling was not a great experience. A lot of emails and texts that told me nothing of when my repair would be completed. When I called on a Monday to get an update, I was told I was on the schedule for that Saturday. On Friday, I got a text that the repairman was headed my way. I would have liked to have been there, but they worked on their own timeline. It has rained since the repair and appears that nothing is leaking - so good workmanship, but needs to work on communication.

Nick and Champ were fast friendly and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Would definitely recommend Bone dry!
