Awesome bike store. They have quality products laid out in a very well designed and clean store. The staff are very friendly and informative when helping you. Hands down the best bike shop around.
Summit City bicycles is the best. First, they actually have bicycles in stock! Most stores are very limited during the pandemic but my wife and I found several hybrids to test ride and choose from. The staff is nice and knowledgeable. The path behind the store for test rides is awesome!
Marcus was super great! He has wonderful at customer service skills and has excellent product knowledge! He is very friendly and willing to take the time needed. We are long-time customers and will be back again! Summit City Bikes is the best!!
Summit City is an extremely nice bike shop. The employees were all very kind and attentive. My boyfriend and I worked closely with Greg, who answered all of our questions and worked with us for the better part of an hour. He even followed up with us the next day and helped us install our new rack. I highly recommend this store for your bike-related needs.
I went into Summit Bicycle today to get my bicycle adjusted and rear brakes checked out. The service text's name was Scott. A tremendous personality, excellent workmanship and acted very professional. Appreciate dealing with someone who is friendly these days. Thank you Scott.
