From the moment we met Edgar we were impressed with his integrity; his knowledge and his perseverance. It took us awhile to make a decision (we had never had a roof done )and he was consistent in contacting us but never pushy. He answered every question we had. He took his time with us going over every detail. Once his crew started the work we knew we made the best decision. When they showed up to work they worked their tails off. Some days were 7am-7pm. They were cheerful and seemed genuinely happy to be working with us and with each other. By the time they were finished with the project we felt like every detail Edgar had said they would accomplish was done. Right down to the clean up !!! I would give them 20 stars if I could!!!! We had five quotes completed before we decided to hire Honest Abe. They had the best warranty hands down. No hidden fees or surprises. They completed the job quickly and cleaned up everything in one day. They are competitively priced. They were not the “cheapest” but offered the best shingle at the best price. We are very glad we went with Honest Abe.
After inspecting my roof, Edgar explained that they would have to replace about half of the sheeting and they would ensure that, if needed, they would reinforce/ replace any damaged joists. We knew that there was quite a bit of bad sheeting that would have to be replaced and we accepted the bid.nTurns out that a lot more sheeting was needed, as well as many of the joists on our front porch. When I asked how much more it was going to cost, Edgar said that it wouldn't cost any more. The quote that they gave was there quote that we would pay, regardless of the additional cost to them for materials.nWe got the roof we needed at the price they quoted and, to me, that type of honesty is hard to find anymore.nThey stand behind their word and that is more than anyone could ask for! I highly recommend Honest Abe Roofing and can't speak highly enough of their work, as well as their standards!!!

Edgar out of Fort wayne indiana proved to us the roof needed done. He explained everything to us from start to finish! The crew was awesome and left my home as clean as before actually cleaner lol. I totally recommend from one homeowner to another. Best choice I made!
