I DON'T dislike the place !!nThe roofs completed in Covington Pointe look great.nBut between Minser and Above and Beyond Property Management, there exists little proactive communication between property owners and the Contractor re: schedule, sequence, and most relevant, gutters and downspouts.nI'm told Minser will talk to me about my gutters the day before they start my roof.nNot acceptable.nI get 3 bids for work like that.
Had issues but resolved quickly by Mr. Minser.
The crew was efficient and polite. Clean up was very good! Would recommend them in a heartbeat.
Excellent work & very efficient. They have done my home & my sunroom when a storm messed the roof up. Also ran a magnet around to collect any lost nails. Clean up was a 10.
