Phoenix Inn Suites Eugene

I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. The room was perfect, the hotel staff is one of the best I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Thank you all so much for making our stay away from home so wonderful.

This hotel is one of the best I've stayed at over the years, hands down. The desk staff was extremely welcoming and friendly; my room was very spacious and super clean, in great condition; the other guests were quiet and respectful; and I was even provided a to-go breakfast when I had to leave at 4:30 a.m. to catch my train! I hope to stay here again!

Great location close to campus and restaurants, homeless presence was substantial though. Room was clean and comfortable, although the A/C seemed under powered for a suite sized room, thankfully the evenings were cool. Very safety conscious during the Rona, breakfast was brown bag pickup in the mornings, masks and hand sanitizer was provided.

They were very courteous and accommodating, and worked with us when one of the adults in our party was missing their ID. My daughter said she wants to live there forever!

My family and I spent the weekend at the Phoenix Inn, in early March and had a wonderful time. The room was exceptionally clean and the staff was very helpful. Being right on Franklin Blvd. is great for the local restaurants within walking and delivery distances. Additionally, you can drive to the main attractions in just a few minutes. The workout room was clean, and the equipment was in good condition, as well as the pool. I would definitely recommend and will be staying here again!
