Hampton Inn Eugene

Our short stay was pleasant. The staff was very courteous. The room was clean and comfortable. Because of the current pandemic, their normal breakfast bar was closed. Instead, they provide a breakfast box to go, that can be taken back to the room. It included a yogurt, a bagel and cream cheese and two hard boiled eggs. There is a small coffee pot for making drip coffee in the room. I definitely would stay here again.

Everyone was so kind, patient, and full of compassion. This was the first hotel we had stayed at as a family. Our situation was less than ideal but every interaction we had with staff was above and beyond positive and in a very strange way calming.n2020 has brought a lot of tears but for every single one shed from stress and sorrow, Hampton's staff has brought so many more moments of pleasant surprises, and so very thankful tears in less than a quarter of the time. Thank you for being our rock!

Very clean

Clean and the desk staff were super friendly and helpful. I adore the chick with the dark Betty Paige hair and cute glasses. My only complaint was that the walls were paper thin and I could hear everything in the rooms beside and above me. I lost sleep because of the noise. Probably wouldn't stay again because of that but it's a shame because they have awesome staff! I'd give 5 stars for the staff, 4 stars for cleanliness and 2 stars for the structure of the hotel itself

Good stay new modern rooms. Covid breakfast was just ok - frozen breakfast burrito, cake, bar...but assuming good in normal times. Decent location not too far off the freeway
