Value Inn Eugene

Got this room for my mom, oct 2020. I wish I could give their room a negative 100!!! Bedbugs, stained towels, spiders, you couldn't open the fridge without it sticking. They did try to talk to the guy the same day but The man wouldn't give them their money back, they went to best Western instead. Don't waste your time or money, it may look decent on the outside but.... EWWW

The owner definitely cares about his business, after a younger couple started arguing after they checked in, the owner called the police and stated that there is a zero tolerance for that sort of behavior. It made me feel safe being there knowing that someone was keeping their eyes out for the guests well being.

Looks like the place was recently bought and flipped. Low budget motel style building, but everything is new and fresh. Definitely keeping it an option for future stays. Could use some more wall art.

Room was not clean. Dirt all over the floor, bathtub had large clumps of hair on ther side of the shower. Not in the drain but face level. And the room had no toilet paper.
