The Campbell House Inn

Even with the strict covid guidelines going on for hotels, the Campbell House was one of our favorites places we have stayed at. It's so homey and all of the staff are friendly and welcoming. Really makes you feel like you are at a home away from home! Quiet, calming and pleasant to walk around. We will be coming back for sure :)

This place was beautiful. We stayed in the Cogswell room. We had a queen bed with our own entrance and shared patio. It was beautiful and clean. Only downside was load air conditioner. Breakfast was amazing. We are it so fast we only have a picture of our empty plates. We didn't explore many of the indoor public areas due to COVID. But the outside gardens and landscaping was breathtaking. I hope we come this way again just to stay here!

Hidden among the trees in the heart of the city is a cozy retreat. Sit in the shade of the tall trees or relax in the gazebo with a glass if wine. The place was surprisingly quiet. The rooms are artistically defined and quiet a treet. Hosts were very nice and made or stay very satisfying.

The ambience was awesome. Had to bleach the bottom of the hot tub and the walls and floors needed attention, too. Breakfast was awesome even though my order was wrong and the replacement was missing the meat. Would stay again if I could clean the room beforehand. It is a lovely property.

A good place to stay but walls are not sound proof at all. I was able to hear my neighbor for the entire night talking, plus they seem to be smoking at all. Which revealed the flaw that rooms are vulnerable to bad neighbors.nTheir booking has a no cancellation policy as well. This will raise my concern about other visitors as well. I am worried if a sick tourist come to stay because they cannot cancel their hotel anyway.nAlso, their breakfast tastes like airplane food.
