I really liked this hotel! They paid a lot of attention to the decor! The beds are comfortable and the room was clean. The bathrooms are small but at least it's cute. There are lots of great restaurants in the area. The have security starting at 11 PM. Very pretty view also!

The toilet in the room was the dirtiest I have ever seen and the staff was dismissive, and rude. The overall ambience in the room was great, but I had few instances of not so great behavior from staff. E.g. I requested for hot water in the morning and they just rudely turned me down.

Very nice since the remodel. It's comfortable, classy, and more than likely the best choice.

It was pretty nice, good a/c, nice lighting, decent view, amazing customer service, great security, extremely pet friendly, comfy beds, lots of pillows, mini fridge, black out curtains, it's quiet and relaxing, big TV, elevator is a little strange and takes you to the basement randomly, and there are no microwaves or coffee makers, but I was told that was due to covid. Regular bathtub, no bathroom fan, you can hear everything going on in the hallways, and they didnt tell me there was a mini fridge, I didn't know until my 2nd day there and found it on my own. Also, they seem to only have 2 luggage carts so there was never really one there. I had come from being evacuated from the fires and had a lot of stuff which I had to carry down to my car in 3 different trips. Needs some improvement, but over all a good stay. I was told it costs about $300 a night and I am not sure it is worth that much.
