Pride in ownership is apparent from the inside to outside of the building with neatly swept sidewalks and parking lot, neatly trimmed hedges, pretty planters for flowers and a whole gazebo for smokers. Inside, the rooms are very clean and tidy. Beds are comfy and it's quiet. The employees who helped us were very nice and helpful. It's a cycling friendly lodging with laundry, all ground floor rooms and a bike pump. An all around win in my opinion.

Great place to stay at a fair price. Loved the canopy they had for smokers so I didnt have to smell anything near my door, unlike some places. Lovely service with nice rooms :) just wish the breakfast room was open... damn covid :/

Clean, comfortable and good location for us. The manager and housekeeper were very friendly and helpful. The price was very reasonable. We will stay here again when next in Eugene. :)

Great location, easy to get to shops, places to eat, or the freeway. Clean room and quite comfortable. Very kind staff. If I ever stay in Eugene again it will be here for sure!
