Riverpath Inn

This is not a hotel. It. Is a house with shared facilities. Shared bath and kitchen, much more like a bed and breakfast, without the breakfast. It’s a nice clean facility, but the name is misleading. We arrived in town late and saw all 5 star reviews and booked quickly only to find ourselves going down dark back streets to a house, not a hotel. As you can see from other reviews many love this place so if you’re looking for a shared room, this is a great place to stay, this is just not what we had in mind when we booked an “Inn”.

This magical place will make you feel at home instantly. The kitchen is stocked with tea and spice varieties beyond the utensils needed to cook a hearty meal or to brew a good cup of coffee (French press anyone?). The cleanliness also left an impression on myself and the rest of the guests.nnAfter exploring Willamette valley’s many treasures in the morning (super easy access to routes and highways), I easily kept my home routine of reading (on the very comfy and well-lit living room) and running (along the river just one house down!—I walked the path daily to access different sights such as the rose garden and skinner butte).nnThis is the best Eugene has to offer! The hospitality is genuine and warm; the love and care put into Riverpath Inn can be felt and it will put you at ease the moment you step through the doors.

Great location! Close to the river, bike path, rose garden and downtown, this lovely, grand home is a perfect fit for one night or for a long-term stay. I've been here almost a month -- it's too comfortable to leave! Furnishings are new and stylish and the big kitchen is well stocked. It feels like the home you always wanted.

If you’re looking for a comfortable bed and a cozy, clean place to stay, this is it! This Inn is absolutely amazing and has everything you need all in one place. Onsite laundry, beautiful kitchen (with fully stocked kitchenware for all your cooking needs), and even a meditation garden out back. Highly recommend for any traveler going through Eugene! Very friendly and accommodating owners!

Best place to stay in Eugene! Excellent location. Walking distance to attractions in The Whiteaker, River Path and Owen Rose Garden. Free and safe off street parking (4 spots available). Landry facilities and amazing kitchen. Extremely clean and safe place to stay during COVID-19. Beautiful, artfully decorated and comfortable rooms. Well maintained grounds with a lovely garden and plenty of trees. I loved every moment of my stay at the River Path Inn. It is a very magical place with a kind, hardworking, accommodating host. 100% recommended to anyone passing through or hoping to stay awhile.
