Americas Best Value Inn Eugene

Floors were very filthy, I had to buy a mop , broom , dust pan and cleaning solutions, so I could walk around in my socks without them getting black which after getting done mopping my mop was black. I was schedule to stay 8 nights, but only stayed 4 nights. They never changed my sheets for the four nights I stayed. Only give me one set of plastic drinking glasses. No internet. I won't be revisiting.

I went to check in for APP matching price and middle eastern man argued with me I would never get it at that price I found in internet and wouldn't look at Kayak price. Then told him I was Native American and tax exempt from hotel taxes then demanded $100 security deposit & said we could talk about the tax thing after I booked. Never will return with his attitude and I'm from out of state working!

Terrible staff, the entire room was filthy and the building smelled of mold and decay. We were told that due to covid they were not cleaning or restocking the rooms. Over all the bed was the only comfortable thing as the bed was newish and in decent shape. Last minute spot for us butni will never ever return.

Centrally located close to all and equipped like a small efficiency with fridge,stove and oven. Bring your own pots and pans for this full kitchenette.

As I specified earlier... Rooms were clean.. despite age of building... My family & I will definitely stay again:)
