Great bicycle shop in our metro.nOne of a few great bicycle shops we have in area.nI come from Henderson KY to Scheller's to get my bicycle serviced and buy other bicycles. They always give great timely service and are nice.

I went into the shop for a replacement part recently, and I was quite alarmed at their lack of covid-19 precaution. There were 3 employees behind the counter and not one of them was wearing a mask. There were no plexiglass shields up either. I could maybe forgive the absence of shields. But no masks when they also don't have shields, that's not cool. Daily new case counts are continuing to be quite high at the time I write this. I could maybe understand the mechanic guy not wearing a mask, but in fact he was the one who rang up my purchase.nnBut from a number of past visits, this shop has been good as far as having replacement parts I need. I had them true a wheel for me once and I was pleased. So I'll still give them 3 stars.nnThey also do that annoying thing where they want your name every time you make a purchase. That's annoying, guys. I just want to pay for my purchase and get out. I haven't tried just declining though.

Great service and products. This is the type of purchase that you really want to have a local shop that can give you hands on help. No Internet purchase when it comes to my cycling experience.

What a wonderful experience! My sister and I live out of state and we contacted the store to see if we could find a bike for our mom who lives in Newburgh. Nick was really accommodating and my mom found a great bike at a great price. Thank you and we will definitely come back!

Called this afternoon, got right in when I arrived. Had awesome friendly service. Definitely my #1 spot for all bicycle needs.
