Honest Abe did a fantastic job on our new roof and made sure they thoroughly cleaned up once they were done. The staff worked diligently the entire time. The on-site foreman sent text pictures throughout the day on the progression. The office staff was friendly and very helpful, especially Deborah. She answered any questions or issues that I had throughout the process. Once I needed to make a final payment to them, Deborah and the office made sure that they came up up with the same amount and they did. Glenn was very helpful and knowledgeable when deciding what type of roof to get. I would recommend them if you are needing a new roof in the future.
We got a new roof from Honest Abe, and we really couldn't be happier with the experience. The initial interaction was great, the salesman was knowledgeable, informative, and not at all pushy. When the roof was installed, Bryce and his crew were hardworking and diligent, our roof was done in one day from start to finish, they kept us updated with pics at every step of the process, and they left our yard and driveway cleaner than they found it. They're coming back in a few days to install new gutters, and based on the experience so far I'm looking forward to it.
This is a great company. I applied for financing in the evening, and received a call from Katie. one of the office staff the next day, and the roof was inspected, roofing shingles picked, and contract drawn up the following day, thanks Keith. The roof was even installed a month earlier than projected. They had to order the shingles we selected.nnThe roof replacement went great. Bobby was a fan on-site supervisor. They removed the old shingles etc , replaced 12 deck boards and had the new roofing up in one day.nnFantastic experience
It was a great experience. Judd explained everything and helped me choose best options for my application. He didn’t stop there, he returned when job was completed to see if everything was to my expectations. It was. Beautiful work, cleaned up area, were polite, and answered any questions I had. I am very pleased.
By no means were they the cheapest quote we got however I do believe they had the highest quality equipment and it was presented to me in a way that benefitted me. Work to longer then I was hoping to for it to get started however it’s understandable due to what’s going on in the world. They worked fast and efficiently putting on my roof! However a 2nd crew came and installed the gutters and left wires hanging down, left extra gutter material on my front porch, and there are at least 20-30 nails left in the walkway to my house. The work was done and looks great however they left a bit of a mess.
