Friendly staff, very clean and organized store!
Great products, poor customer service. Too many kids working there that don’t care about helping customers- they’re too busy complaining about their co-workers. I had to use my “Mom” voice to get some help. I’ll still shop there but will find an adult to help me next time
Hubby an I went kayak shopping, we had great customer service the guys never Hesitated to pull down any Kayaks we needed to sit in or on to try out .... Great place .. glad we drove from salem .
Checkout customer service was horrible. Treated us like we were a burden. Not impressed with my first experience with this place
Curbside pickup works well. I did it for a Kayak yesterday, it went very smooth considering the boat had to be lifted on top of my van.nI had placed the order the night before, only waited a few minutes once I got there, then 3 people came out with the Kayak.
