Best Bike Shop in the world! What I love about Bike Burns is that the customer always comes first. Small business in University district - worth supporting!!!!! Last time I was there, they didn't have any t-shirts and I wanted to get one for my husband. The owner literally (well....not really) gave me the shirt off his back so I could take it to my husband!!! Best. Bike. Shop. Ever.

Aron at Bikeburns is second to none for bike shops when it comes to service and personal attention. I have purchased an amazing custom Masi from Aron as well as had my and my girl's bikes serviced there. He is thorough, does what he says he'll do and gets things done when he says they will be done. So refreshing is a world of piss poor customer service. I cannot recommend Bikeburns enough!

Aron was incredibly helpful fixing my bike! I will definitely go to him again for any future tune-ups. He went out of his way to make sure I was getting everything I wanted out of my bike. We actually changed a lot about it in the process and I am so content and pleased with the results! (As an added bonus I got to go to Prince Pucklers 10 feet away! Yes!)

Owner is refreshingly approachable. Perfectly tuned bike made my summer complete! Great accessories. Check out the skateboards too! This place is the REAL DEAL.
