I got my bike from Klink cycles over 3 years ago and it is still going strong with no issues. Michael is very knowledgeable, friendly, and has even helped me install a huge front utility basket on my commuter bike. I love my bike and it has taken me all town. I love my bike is a joy to ride! We got bikes for our whole family here, from our commuter and mountain bikes to the bike seat for our toddler. We are always happy with the work they do and the customer service is excellent. I highly recommend this shop!
Everyone at Klink Cycles was knowledgeable and helpful. Michael took care of us on the way in and Dion on the way out. Our 30 year old mountain bike needed a tune-up and adjustments of the derailleur, cables, and wheels. The bike had been stored for awhile, so we added replacements of the chain and brake pads. Klink Cycles made a no-pressure suggestion that we have them replace the front shifter lever, which we did. The bike was ready when promised. The charges were reasonable and as estimated. The bike looks and rides as it did when it was new. Great job guys – thank you.
