LANDSPEED'S FIX

I recently bought a tandem bicycle off craigslist in Eugene and needed it shipped to Raleigh, North Carolina. I called over 10 bike shops in Eugene who all told me they were too busy, or this was not a service they provide. When I called Landspeed fix, Aaron and Luke were very responsive and had the bike to me within a week. It was expertly packed and they handled everything In a very professional manner. This place is fantastic. Took a used bike in for a pre-purchase check and they had it up on the rack for a look in just a few minutes. They were thoughtful and thorough, and they gave me the thumbs up on the bike...which has been great!

Helped my sister in-law bring her bike in. Everyone we worked with went out of their way to be helpful. They fixed a defect to the brake, aligned the brake pads, adjusted the brake and helped us load the bike into the truck. ALL FOR FREE. One of the best services I have ever received, anywhere, any time. Thank all of you very much.

This is a great store! The guys are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I like that they will take my Ebike in for service. Some of the local Ebike shops do not, which is weird to me, but C'est La Vie. I appreciate a welcoming environment and these guys have that!! Highly recommend!

These guys are great! Fixed my bike very quickly and made me feel right at home. The shop is clean and the merch is quality! This is my new shop.
