Hutch's Bicycle

I got a Giant from this place yesterday, which I fell in love with after one ride. I called Hutch's yesterday to see if they still had the bike I wanted & they did. The thing Is I was coming from Portland & they @ first said they don't hold bikes because it's 1st come 1st serve. Then I explained why I wanted that bike, so this wonderful gentleman told me he would hold for me till I got there. I'm so grateful for the kindness for doing that & the kindness & great customer service I got from that gentleman & the wonderful lady @ the cash register. in conclusion this is the go to place for a bike & all your bike accessories. If I could give them & 10 ud83cudf1f I would.

Hutch's is the absolute BEST! They saved my vacation. I desperately needed same-day help with my bike, and all the other bike shops in the area were turning me down... except for Hutch's! They were slammed, but they managed to make time for my bike amidst the chaos. I loved seeing how warm and welcoming they were to their customers, who came in with all kinds of bike issues and varying knowledge of bikes. Russ was the mechanic who worked on my bike, and he went above and beyond in diagnosing the issue with my bike and turning it around in less than an hour. The cost of parts and labor was very reasonable, and if I didn't have limited packing space I would have been tempted to buy a lot more stuff. They had a great selection of bike accessories, tools, maps, etc.

Super stoked! I went in this morning and talked to Jason. He helped me pick out the right bike, fitted me for the right seat and we also upgraded the tires and petals. Experience was great and I would highly recommend this store.
