This job was for re-wrapping of posts and trim work on my front porch. Koontz Construction was a delight to deal with from gathering initial information and obtaining an estimate through job completion, follow-up details and invoicing/payment. Brandon is very easy to work with, professional, everything happens exactly as he says, he is very eager to be sure that you are 100% satisfied with the job, very knowledgeable, pleasant and personable. He told me what the wait time and completion time would be—and far surpassed the expectations for both. He went totally above and beyond!!! It looks fantastic; and I am so, so happy. I would definitely use Koontz again for future work and would absolutely recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you Koontz Construction for a totally positive and pleasant experience!!!!

When I contacted Koontz to finalize plans for the work, it was about two months after they gave me an estimate. They worked me in and got the job done right away. The trim under my front windows looks amazing and they ensured there was no damage caused by the disrepair before. Great people to work with and great work too! I will definitely use them again.

Josh and his crew were quick to respond when I called and we’re professional and thorough. On the day of installation the crew showed up on time and completed the job faster than I expected. Cleanup was immaculate, you couldn’t even tell they had been there. From arrival to cleanup on a 2200 square foot house they were finished in less than 8 hours. They even loaded and removed a couple of large items that I needed disposed of at no charge. I would highly recommend Koontz construction and will continue to use them in the future.

Koontz Construction replaced my hail-damaged roof and reset the skylights. Julio Reyes handled the interaction with the insurance company and scheduled and completed the job very soon after the claim was approved. I was impressed with him and his crew. Julio is very competent, responsive and courteous. The crew worked diligently and in a disciplined fashion from the moment they arrived until they finished the job the same day. They cleaned the site well before they left.

Koontz Construction did an excellent job re-siding my house. No detail was overlooked and they went out of their way to accommodate my siding choice, making sure the materials arrived in time for me to do some painting on trim boards. That's good service. Everyone, from Sherry in the office, Ricardo who did the estimate, and Josh and Brandon who supervised an expert crew, was professional but also friendly. I couldn't be happier with the result and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again and recommend them to others.
