Everyone is very nice and helpful - sometimes it can be intimidating going into a bike store when you have limited knowledge, but I did not feel that way in your store. I had a friend of the family that gave me a Nakto ebike and I really enjoy it. Last night the motor must have went out or something. Could I bring it in and have you guys take a look at it?
Came in looking for some help figuring out how to install a headset on my mountain bike. One of the guys there was able to pop off the cups that were stuck to the frame like cement and they gave me advice which led to me being able to fix the bike later that day. Awesome customer service and all for free!
Worth the 40 mile drive to get the bike I wanted when most places didn't have a decent selection. They spent the time to make sure I understood everything about the bike and the details of the transaction. And offered a fair price for my trade-in.
