Best Western Grand Manor Inn

My review is from 2 years ago. I never thought to write one back then but my stay here was so great and memorable that I felt I have to post about it.nMy daughter and I were on a road trip and flying by the seat of our pants. No plans ahead of time. We stopped in Eugene with the plan to just get some sleep for the night and continue on. First, it was late when we got there. They were pretty full but had a place for us. The cute gal at the front desk was very kind and helpful. Outside looked very well taken care of, bright, airy. Our AC didn't work but it wasn't super hot so we mentioned it to the front desk and went to bed. The next morning maintenence came and tried to fix it. My daughter and I decided we liked the hotel and the area and chose to stay a couple of days to rest. The maintenence team couldn't fix the AC in our room so they got the front desk to move us to another room with working AC. They even helped us move our luggage so we weren't inconvenienced. The pool was crisp and clean and quiet. Even with the AC problem (which wasn't a big deal) we had a wonderful stay. The staff really made our stay amazing. Very helpful, funny, kind. Loved it there! Can't wait to go back

Disappointed with the hotel, no Tv, or phone and no reduction in price so I left checked in else where. Poor guy at the main desk. Not his fault. Pool and hot tub out of commission too. Should have been told upfront. Not what I've come to expect from this hotel chain.

I have thrown away my Best Western Rewards card as I will NEVER EVER stay at a Best Western again...This Best Western just keeps getting worse NO CABLE NO BREAKFAST BUFFET NO POOL NO GYM ALSO the hotel stairwells are dirty....and they are charging the same price if not more...nHOW IN HELL DO YOU NOT HAVE CABLE AT THE HOTEL...

Place is nice and clean. Staff is kind and friendly. Was very disappointed when I sat down to watch tv. NO TV! WIFI only. Sorry but not all of us stream! After a full day of driving all I wanted to do was eat and watch some tv. :(

When we checked in the let us know that there was no cable..no tv at all. We didnt get any type of free breakfast that was supposed to be offered either. No kind of discount was offered.
