Comfort Suites University

First time staying with Comfort Suites and I will definitely book again! Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The ac kept our room cool during our hot stay. There was to-go bagged breakfast during our stay. Staff was prompt and courteous. The parking lot did seem a tad in the smaller size but had no issues finding a parking space.

Probably not the smoothest way to deal with that.nAddendum: Thank you for your reply. I can't seem to reply to your reply, so I'll just edit my original comment. I wasn't actually bothered by either incident. I was instead giving unsolicited advice. The first incident involved a customer who was yelling in the lobby, and he appeared to instigate the trouble. And now I understand that the second incident involved a customer who was heard of hearing. I thought I was seeing a pattern of yelling back at escalated customers, but I should have waited to see more instances before concluding this was the case, as two incidents is not enough, and I also see how the handling of both of those incidents is understandable. My fault for jumping to conclusions, and I'm sorry. I'll leave it at five stars for now.

We came in at 3am to have the room till 11 she couldn't offer any kind of discount even tho I showed her if I rented the room through my app the room would be 60 less. Nice room but shoty stuck up service from the front desk. My kids were 10 mines late for breakfast, didn't offer juice or fruit nothing, I'm paying almost 200 for a room you should be more server friendly

Easy to get to from the freeway. Clean. Helpful staff. Good place to stop for the night when passing through.

Very nice. Clean and quiet with friendly staff. Easy off, easy on the interstate but no highway noise. We would stay here again.
