Holiday Inn Express Eugene - Springfield

Had a really long day. The check in person must've noticed and was super friendly, informative and helpful. Was only a short stay but it was great because of his positive attitude. Way to go night shift check in, dude. The Express Inn was very nice. The room was clean with a great view. The beds are comfy and cushiony. Would definitely come back again and recommend.

This hotel puts maximum effort into everything they do. They pack your breakfast to go at request better than my mom packed my school lunches. My toast between two paper plates and cyran wrapped! That toast lasted all day!nAlso I highly recomend the $10 sangria and ice cream from the lobby.

This hotel far exceeded our expectations! The rooms are very spacious, super clean, and are almost brand-new. The staff was super courteous and even had a dog bowl and treat waiting for us. However, the most amazing part of our stay happened after we left. My son left his Bunny in the room. We called and they immediately locate Bunny and sent us, I KID YOU NOT, Bunny with a full-fledged, printed, color story of what Bunny had been doing during his 'stay' with the staff! It included pictures of Bunny on various equipment and desks, and every staff member personally signed the end of the storybook. We were BLOWN away. Such a thoughtful thing to do. We are so, so thankful to the entire staff for their wonderful service and sweet care of our son's heart and Bunny!

Our room was HUGE!!! Very nicely appointed and clean!!! The bed was super comfy!!! Great location with several nice restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Great rooms, great breakfast adapted for COVID safety guidelines. My family and I were amazed by the cleanliness and courtesy of this location. Above and beyond our expectations!
