Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Eugene East/Springfield

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was large and clean. The fitness room and pool were open and could be reserved for private use in 45 minutes blocks. Customer service was very to any concerns.

Although it was a hotel located in somewhat of a remote area we managed to get a delivery from a pizza place that had awesome pizza. And they delivered quick. Quiet stay.

This hotel is very clean. Check in was fast but the beds are ok. The pillows are ok. I have a bad neck and my husband has a bad back so those things are very important to us.

Clean-modern- spacious and homey. Only thing i didn't enjoy was the automatic lights in the bathroom that blinded us through the night when someone would get up to use the restroom . Check out was 12 which was awesome.

Lacking in front desk customer service. Untimely and semi rude. The rooms are nice and clean and well proportioned. The bathroom was on the larger side, however if you have any sort of back problems plan on pulling a roll of toilet paper off the rack before you sit down to do your business. The design is horrible. I have back issues and almost fell off trying to reach around and get toilet paper. Photo provided.
