Very well kept park. Very nice manager. Some older and some newer homes, but overall a really nice community feel to it.

Some of the properties are nicely kept, but just as many are trashy and broken down. The apartment manager is jaded and difficult to work with, and a herd of cats roams unchecked, peeing all over anything and everything.
