Eugene Mobile Village

I stayed there for 2 nights on a weekend. PROS: quiet, convenient location from fwy 5 and downtown Eugene, friendly and courteous staff, friendly neighbors, great price. CONS: weak wifi signal (couldn't use), water has strong chemical odor, no world class landscaping. VERDICT: you get what you paid for. I just need a quiet place that no one bothers me. I'll stay again if I pass by that area.

We have been living here for a year now and we have really loved it. The tenants are great and the management really gives you plenty of privacy and was very accepting of us. We couldn't be happier

Unfortunately the bathrooms weren’t kept up.nThe place could use some TLC with clean up & gardening. Dogs weren’t leashed & there were a few dog fights.nManager was great & professional

I absolutely love it here. Lived here 6 months and it’s great. Amazing management, amazing community, places to walk your dog. You should consider this place. Oh ya and the price is UNBEATABLE
