Ive lived here 3yrs+. This is a great place to live if your life has ups and downs. I bought my trailer here in 2017. Ive had finacial issues, been evicted including sheriffs forcing me out. But talking to the owner, not management seems the best route ive chosen.
These guys are liers and cheats so don't rent from them they prolong even after having told you yes your approved
They gave us a place when we were home less
It's cheap and freindly people
Manager is very friendly, trying to rent a spot for my RV. So far I've encountered friendly people, and did seem to be pretty quiet. Reasonable rent rates. I hope to get approved, and be moving into my space soon.ud83dude0a
