EVERYONE was incredibly helpful and responsive. After receiving 3 exorbitant quotes from other companies, we called Bone Dry and they worked with us and our insurance company and delivered on everything we discussed. I am very very pleased with the work Bone Dry Roofing did on my house. Everything they promised me during the tear off and installation of my new roof was great. I was concerned about my landscaping and they took the time to protect everything including my neighbors yards and houses. I would highly recommend Bone Dry for your roofing needs.
I was very happy with my roof installation. I absolutely love it. I chose an Owen Corning product that is called Woodcrest, looks much like shingles.. They were kind and helpful from picking out the product to keeping us posted on the progress of the actual installation and clean up. This is the second time they roofed for us. I would use them again (but hope notud83dude02). Ruben was my foreman. A big shout out to his professionalism and kindness!
Using Bone Dry roofing was an excellent experience from start to finish. Originally when I called, Bone Dry sent a representative out to inspect the roof and give me a quote. The person they sent out was thorough, took great pictures and took the time to answer all of my questions. The pricing was great and straightforward. When they came out to repair the roof, the technician was on-time, professional and did great work. I also like that they sent me pictures of the work performed before I tendered payment. I would have no issues with contracting them in the future.
We had a great experience from the beginning to end of our roofing project! Cody was great in managing our expectations, the installation crew was on time each day and very courteous. They also provided pictures of the project at each step of the way and updated us on their progress. Would recommend to anyone that has roofing needs!
