I manage the park and it's always funny that ppl get caught doing wrong complain, we do screen all ppl the same. Most ppl there appreciate our management, great location near lots of good things

Needs a clean up

I personally dont have a problem here, most of the people I have talked to however strongly believe that there are too many unfounded rules. Mostly looks like the tenants are right

There's a few sketchy people who live in that trailer park. Most of the residents are good but it doesn't seem like they screen all of their residents very well or don't have very high standards for people who live there.

As far as trailer parks go, this one's pretty chill to live in.
