I do not typically write reviews unless I am thoroughly, thoroughly satisfied or, conversely, unsatisfied in the service or product. I am writing this particular review because I can’t even remember the last time I was this happy with a service. I went online and requested a quote from well over a dozen roofing companies to replace my roof that sustained hail damage while I was overseas (I am active duty Navy). My wife had our three young children and I wouldn’t expect her to try and handle it while I was gone. James sent me an email (along with the other countless companies I contacted) and came out the very next day, on his own accord. I met him outside and he prepared a VERY reasonable quote within 10-15 minutes. James’ initiative to give me what I wanted without the hassle of scheduling an appointment was AWESOME! Coming back from months overseas, I had so much to do and really didn’t want to meet with 15+ contractors. His go-getter mentality and work ethic were exactly what I needed. A-1 was also priced lower than virtually all of the other companies I spoke with.nnLong story short, I hired his company to do my roof. They tore off and replaced my entire roof in less than 3 days. James kept me in the loop every step of the way and even took care of the insurance aspect of it for me (which I do NOT envy him for because I may write another review on the insurance company that will not be reading like this one). I cannot say enough good things about this company and would recommend it to my own mother. Seriously.nnA-1, James, and the whole crew are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!nnAgain, unless I feel the company deserves it – for better or worse – I do not write reviews. To say the very least, James and A-1 Roofing deserve every accolade I can give. Thank you, sir, to you and your team for a job well done, and I look forward to working with you again!

A1 went to battle for me when my insurance tried to not pay for a new roof. They came out and did their own pictures and called the insurance company for me. They made sure I got what I needed after a storm. They brought many workers over to do the roof. Started at 1 and were done by 3.

A1 did a full roof replacement and saved me a lot of money (insurance claim.). I got estimates from 3 contractors and everything about A1's work from timeliness to clean-up was excellent. I highly recommend them.

They did a great job! They started after I left for work and they were finished by the time I got home. They were clean and the roof looks awesome!
