We just had my roof and gutters replaced by Hoosier. This was one of the best contracting service experiences I’ve ever had.nEveryone from Sales, Roofers, Gutter Installers, Supervisors, Operations was most competent, most professional and friendly.nThey were prompt. They kept their word. They were courteous. They did great work we are proud of. They enhanced the look and value and weather security of our home.nThey cleaned up thoroughly each day. They left our area spotless after they were finished. And they showed up and went above and beyond with whatever follow-up was necessary to deal with final touches.nWe wholeheartedly endorse the Hoosier Team - including the workers who installed the roof and the workers who installed the gutters. They are efficient craftsmen who take pride in their work, they are happy in their work and respect our property.
I gave 4 stars on this review only because it took so long to get scheduled. We filed a claim and thought our roof would go on next week but it take months. We started with Adam who is no longer there then started working with Sam. She does great and always gets back to me. Roof looks good. Gutters look good. Nice staff, just need to be quicker.
Hoosier was great to work with. I am selling my house now that I got a new roof. Amanda, the secretary, is responsive to emails and calls. Tyler with production is a hardworking guy. In fact, everyone I worked with has just went above and beyond for me. They handled everything directly with my insurance company and my roof looks great.
We are very pleased with the work performed by Hoosier Contractors. From the first encounter at our home to the completion of the roof repair, drywall repair, and painting, the experience was uneventful and seamless. Their account manager walked us through the next steps each way. Their supplement team was able to make sure that we installed a great quality roof and got a good quality paint job done on the interior master bedroom while working through the supplements with the insurance company. Everyone was professional and ready to answer any questions. I would not hesitate to contact them again for any future needs.
Our experience with Hoosier has been excellent.nThe process is very simple and is easy to understand as they communicate every step via e-mail which is perfect for me as I have a flexible work schedule and can not answer my phone during the day.nI had 39k worth of roofing guttering and siding done and only paid my deductible!n10 out of 10.
