Amos came highly recommended to us from a very trusted professional in the community! He was absolutely right! Amos delivered a professional experience every step of the way. We worked directly with Chris Williams and he is top notch! Super responsive and thorough throughout the entire process. We love the new roof, gutters and look of our house! Thank you Chris and Amos! Overall, they were nice. But beware, their free 15-point inspection gets you nothing. I simply received an email with a guesstimate price (for only the roof) on work needed for a home I am planning on purchasing. Upon scheduling, I confirmed that I would receive a report with repair estimates. This was not received and I was told it would be $250 to get a written report. This was not clarified upon initially scheduling. What a surprise!nnNow I have no time to coordinate another roofer for an inspection to be included for the seller of the home. I would not be choosing Amos for future work based on my experience.nnCommunication was also lacking throughout this process. They had bumped my inspection time up three hours without notifying me, so I took time off work to show up and wait 30 minutes to find that they already came earlier in the day.nnThey may do wonderful work, but I am not sure I would be comfortable moving forward at this point.

I would highly recommend amos exteriors for any work that you need done. They were efficient, timely and very professional. I would also like to give a big shout out to Michael Thomas. He was right there through each step to ensure the job was getting done properly!

Once I hired Amos Exteriors to complete work on the storm damaged property, they kept me informed on every step of the process for repair. Any questions and or issues that may arisen during the course of the work were answered and or resolved expeditiously. Quality work. I am happy with the end result.

Very on top of things. Keegan helped me work with insurance and really made this a smooth process for me, especially as I had a lot of other stuff going on and couldn’t devote a ton of time to this project. The roof looks great and the job was finished before scheduled. Thank you!
