CVS

I have had a couple rude experiences with the Pharmacist lately. The drive thru at my CVS is crazy since they started doing COVID testing. I have been filling prescriptions with CVS for more than 25 years. Two days ago, I was on hold for 15 minutes waiting to find out where my auto-fill scripts were as I have not received them in the mail. I gave up and hung up. I called back today and the young lady told me I had six scripts waiting to be filled and they were about a week behind filling those orders. She said she pulled my orders. She told me to come in and they would finish the orders while I waited. She said that was the best they could do right now. There was only two people working. She apologized. I let her know my orders are set for delivery. She said I should receive ‘something’...?? She called back a little later to inform me my order was almost ready. I let her know I did not have transportation today and could she send the order delivery? That should be my default anyway. She informed me she did not know how to do that and she was only calling as a curtesy to let me know my order was almost ready. I said can you check to see if they are already set for delivery? She said she didn’t know how to do that either. I asked to speak to the Pharmacist. She told me the Pharmacist was busy too. I am currently on hold hours later as my order says ‘in process’. I have been on hold for 45 minutes as I write this review. I am seriously thinking of transferring all my prescriptions.

I have been going to this Pharmacy for years and I have never had a bad experience until today !! The pharmacist out of all people was extremely rude on two occasions. I understand that they are shorthand during COVID!! However , being rude and short with customers should not be tolerated. I will be taking my business to Walmart or Walgreens because this is terrible. Not to mention when I called back to get her name she wouldn’t answer I could her place me on hold over 10 minutes so unprofessional

Very nice staff and helpful. Pharmacy team very knowledgeable and willing to explain everything and answer questions.

Do yourself a favor and use a different pharmacy. This CVS location is regularly out of stock on meds even when your Dr calls in 3 individual monthly scripts at a time. Your script sits in their system for a month and they let their stock deplete without reordering until the day you neednit filled...then its a 5+ day wait. Ridiculous and inept.

Pleasant employees, quality service, helpful team members. I shop here often and I am very satisfied with their service.
