Holiday Inn Express & Suites Santa Fe

We have been on a 3 week road trip, mostly staying at Holiday Inn. Today we arrived to learn that this property does not have a guest laundry for its guests. We stay with Holiday Inn expecting to have the save facilities from property to property. There are at least 7 other hotels within walking distance and I would have chosen one IF Holiday Inn had told me prior to my checking in that there was no guest laundry. Perhaps a note on the web site!? I am now spending hours at a local laundromat.... thanks Holiday Inn. Glad our trip is almost over....only one more night. Check out our stays over the past year. Can you afford to make us go to competition over not having laundry service at this one property in this economy? You decide.

Room was pretty clean and had a very nice layout, the only problem that I experienced was that the toilet was constantly trying to refill the water after every flush and would take a long amount of time and the noise that it made was very annoying. Other than that, everything else was great.

Clean rooms and friendly staff made for a pleasant 2-day stay. Breakfast could have been better but given the current state of affairs it was pretty good.

They have figured out how to get hot breakfast items like bacon nd eggs back and I appreciate that soooo much!!!! I had no complaints about the hotel!

Place was nice and clean. Easy to get onto main roads. Seemed safe and secure.
