Very friendly staff. They're done several minor jobs on my bike and I've been very pleased. The location is convenient, and they are another classy addition to downtown Springfield.

Took my bike in to get repaired. Was considering a trade or a new bike. Sean let me know that what I had was better than any cheap bike off the shelf especially during the shortage. Got my bike back after a week after being told it could be 2 weeks with their back log. They exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be back for when I am looking to upgrade. I highly recommend this locally owned shop.

Went to get bikes and they helped us find some Nike gems and we will see how they go .

Sold me new tires. Then when I contacted him to say the tires were giving me trouble dude was all condescending to me like I didn't know what I was talking about. Think I'll try another shop next time.
