Len is very knowledgeable, professional and generous with his time. He is truly a subject matter expert on bicycling and how to match the type of bicycle that meets your interests and skill set.
Len is the man! Only shop in town with the right bike in the right size. Knows what hes doing and doesn't overload himself to the point where he can't take the time to take interest in his customers needs. Lots of bikes sold in the Pacific northwest so we have allot of average bike shops just trying to make a buck... I say support your local business and head to Lens!
Originally, been going to Hutch's, where Len owned and operated, but now he has his own shop where he does the bicycle service himself. Len is an expert resource with older steel bikes, new carbon bikes, tandems, and custom fitted bikes. He's been a big, long time contributor to our local cycling community. He hosts a friendly group ride on Wednesday evenings. And as mentioned, he does all the bicycle maintenance, and repairs himself! He's thorough and meticulous!nn** Also he has met me during his off-hours to cater with my work schedule. Dedicated and professional!
Trued my wobbly training wheel and got me back on the road the same day. Great service for 20+ years. Racers or 3-speed clunkers, Len has always kept me going.
Great service, very knowledgeable. I needed some adjustments done, he fixed them right away and I had my bike back within 20 minutes.
