Residence Inn by Marriott Santa Fe

The rooms are large and comfortable. The staff were helpful and professional. We were not able to use the pool and fitness area because of covid. The area around the hotel is nice and is a great place to job. I highly recommend the hotel to traveling families.

customer service was excellent. Second floor rooms have balconies that are twice the size as first floor ones. Hot water tanks to small for more than one person. Need to update hot water heaters.

I'm speechless - this is one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had! LOVED my room, the huge bed, nice furniture, full kitchen, everything made me feel perfectly at home. I wanted to extend my stay, i was so comfortable. I appreciate that this is a pet friendly establishment. The entire property is very well maintained. It started snowing during my stay and maintenance was out clearing sidewalks within the first inch of snowfall. The breakfast buffet was extensive with many unique choices including pork and non pork sausages, eggs, tortillas, salsa and fixings to make breakfast tacos, chocolate pastries, a huge selection of fresh cut and whole fruit, and a self serve mini coffee bar with separate iced coffee and flavor syrups. The breakfast attendant provided excellent service while keeping the area spotless - tip her :) The manager came through the breakfast area to greet all guests with a smile and a fun compliment. It left a great impression. I hope I have the opportunity to stay here again. There's a lot of cheap simple motels in Santa Fe, but this Residence Inn is well worth paying double their average rates because at $120 a night this is still a bargain!

Great place to stay clean and friendly staff, you cant ask for more.
