It is very clean

This is not the quiet secluded getawayl. Although It may be a place for getaway drivers to rest or a place for bank robbers to get away. First 4 days without heat. However I was offered a blanket. 🤔 No apparent roaches or bed bugs is a plus. The Staff is.......... On duty. Sometimes.

Everything seemed to be broken, drink machine, snack machine, ice machine, no coin's for laundry, my door key didn't work a few times and the rental of the room was advertised at $49.00 dollars a night and I paid $70. What made this tolerable was the young lady at admissions counter, I can't recall her name but the smile spoke volumes other than all of that. I won't stay again. I am in Santa Fe every other weekend if not every. I'll find somewhere else.

Initially booked due to the affordable price. The experience turned out to be an even BIGGER value. Convenient location, clean and friendly staff...especially Sam. He was a pleasure to speak with and very attentive. I highly recommend Green Tree. Ask for Sam. He'll ensure your stay is AWESOME!

I booked a room 12 days ago with confirmation that there would be a refrigerator and a microwave, as well as asking specifically for a room where I could see my car and should be on the first floor. Today I arrived and there were no rooms I could see my car and the room was far away from the stairs on the second floor. There was no AC or refrigerator or microwave. When I talked with the front desk guy about everything above, he said that they don't have anymore rooms and we can go to another hotel and get a refund. I wish I could have enough time to switch to a different hotel but I had no time to since I checked in late. To me this is a rip-off and a baiter.
