Very disappointed with this place. Don’t be expected to be treated with any respect after they have your money. The owner, got upset because I was finding parts cheaper other places. But then refused to tell me what part he had ordered me, so I could then order the other parts I needed to go with it. His response was “ask them”. He got so unprofessional, I was even scared to go pick the items up I purchased, and I def wouldn’t take my bike there to let them work on it after that. I had to take it somewhere else and pay someone else for what I already paid Scott to do. The sad thing is , I’ve spent 12000 dollars there in the past two years. I couldn’t believe his behavior over me saving money elsewhere. Also, not even a thank you after I picked up my $1900 dollar wheel set.

This is a solid shop! They took great care of us and did everything they could to make things perfect. Drove 4 hours to pick up a bike from them and it was worth every mile. If you are near or far from Indy and have any bicycle related needs go and check them out. Even in the midst of these current circumstances the whole crew was helpful and attentive. And to top it off they have an incredible selection, my new Surly Ogre is the crown jewel of my bike room now

I broke the axle on my recumbent front wheel the other day. It's an old size that's hard to find and I went to 3 shops before ICS had what I needed, a bearings kit. Twenty bucks and a little wrenching later I was riding again. You guys made my week! Which is going to be perfect weather for riding every day. Many thanks again.

These folks are the best! I've not purchased a bike here, just have had service on a couple issues. But based on my experience, will most definitely be making my next purchase here. Friendly professional and very knowledgeable!

Although there was one instance when an employee called me a liar, said issue was dropped and I still continue to equip my old schwinn from parts purchased here. Staff is top notch in knowledge. Prices are fair. Miss the in store shopping though. Damn Covid
