The Hacienda & Spa at Hotel Santa Fe

Such nice staff. Nice rooms.

Our suite in the Hacienda was nice (huge bathroom), but the walls were thin (so we could hear the TV next door until late at night) and the guest above us (on the 6th floor) stomped around like a large animal early in the morning. We enjoyed the Hacienda happy hour every night and the breakfast in the morning. Both had amazing spreads, and you could easily eat your dinner there if there wasn't such great food in Santa Fe. We ate at the restaurant one night to spend our free money and I had to send my salad back (it tasted fishy and there was no fish involved), which I have never done before, but I just couldn't stomach it. The front desk was only helpful in giving us water and calling the shuttle for us, but couldn't really help with other questions (like options for transportation to the airport). The shuttle was pretty good. We didn't use much else (pool, spa, gym, massage services).

This place was amazing! I stayed 4 days and 3 nights. Everyone and I mean EVERYONE was very professional, courteous and very friendly. I stayed in the hacienda and spa building. My room was very comfortable, clean and beautiful. The hotel is conveniently located close to everything! Walking distance to everything! The hotels restaurant was good! The breakfast and happy hour were both very fun and tasty!My room was cleaned daily and I had turn down service with a chocolate on my bed. This was a wonderful experience and will definitely come back!!!! I loved it!!!
