Hotel Santa Fe, Hacienda & Spa

This is a very nice hotel that feels private and also lively with activity-if you want any. Rooms are excellent and so is their customer service. Best hotel restaurant Amaya. Really delicious food. Cozy in the winter and nice pool in the summer.

Great location with an authentic Southwest decor throughout. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean and beds fairly comfy, although the staff could use a LITTLE more common sense when WAKING people up for NONSENSE. Checked in after 1 a.m. and the front desk clerk thought it was a good idea to call my room at 6:20 a.m. to investigate a parking issue that had NOTHING to do with me. Essentially ROBBED me of the much NEEDED rest I paid for. Other than THAT, the place was GREAT!

Everyone was attentive, helpful, and most pleasant. The room was perfect, spacious and most comfortable. The restaurant had a limited menu but the food was delicious and very well prepared. I'll be staying here whenever I travel to Santa Fe again.

Everything about your stay was perfect! All of the staff was incredibly warm and friendly, every inch of the grounds were absolutely stunning, the food and drinks were fantastic. I can't think of a single negative thing to say. We will definitely be back!

The staff was so accommodating. Had a suite. Walked to the Capital and San Miguel and by lots of art galleries at night. Very safe. Lots of restaurants. Love the elevators and artwork at the hotel. Beautiful at night. Rooms are great. Windows and balconies. I'll definitely be back.
