Very cute property! Loved the decorations and ambiance of the place, very cozy. The staff were also very nice! Breakfast is very nice and comes with the room, would highly recommend! Also only about 10 minutes walk from the plaza, meaning you don't have to deal with parking and traffic which is wonderful and convenient. Also within walking distance of a few places to eat. Indeed expensive, but definitely worth it!

We stayed at this location when it was under previous management and recently booked a stay there for late May. Unfortunately due to the pandemic we had to cancel our plans. The Parador has ignored my email requests to cancel my reservation and does not answer the phone. They sent one email three weeks ago asking for my patience but still have not issued a refund even though they say they offer refunds up until two weeks before a stay in normal times. Very poor customer service.

Thoroughly enjoyed my 2 night stay here. I loved my little fireplace and the home made body soaps and lotions. The inn is very clean and cozy and the owners have fabulous energy. Cant wait to return!

Quaint place with rooms that have character. Easy walking distance to Santa Fe Square. Enjoyed the included breakfast in a cute area inside the B&B that included a fire place--great for the frosty temperatures!

I am not one to write a negative review, so this experience was pretty bad for me to do this. First, we were given the wrong room. We booked room 11 several months prior to our stay. We wanted the two bedrooms, because it was my grown daughter and I staying there with lots of clothes packed for a long weekend and wedding to get ready for. We also were attracted to the balcony with “mountain views” advertised. They put us in a room with one bed and a pull-out. After we spent A LOT of our time when we arrived after a long drive (hungry and tired and just wanting to change clothes and go eat), I finally found my emailed confirmation from several months ago, proving the room we were to have. He tried to convince us that it was an upgrade, and that he was doing us a favor by putting us in a more expensive room. It’s not an upgrade if we are not getting the amenities we booked a stay at this particular place for in the first place! It was late, so we stayed that night. I camped out in the living room and stayed on the pull out sofa. Having to move stuff around in the living room to make and then putt back together the next morning to sit on the couch! All things we wanted to avoid with two bedrooms. Also, the porch had a swing rather than two chairs which would have been better for my daughter and I and which we expected to be able to sit at on a balcony. Also, there is no tv which I feel is an expectation when you stay ANY lodging of this type in this county, it should be stated that there IS NOT that amenity when you book your stay. So since we did not have anything we were expecting from this property, we packed our bags and booked another room for the next night. We did eat breakfast there, but was very disappointed that they did not offer the French toast that was on their website menu. We were told they would make it right that day. We attempted to call twice and then I emailed twice that day, hoping to resolve the issue in person before going on to Arizona. They never returned the calls and finally emailed back the next day. He said he would refund the day we did not stay, but would only refund the difference between the more expensive room we stayed in (and was charged for when we checked in) and the less expensive room we should have had, which was $43. So we paid full price for the room we wanted and should have stayed in, but wasn’t able to because of their mistake and not compensated for all our troubles at all!! We paid $225 for all this mess. They were TERRIBLE at communicating with us and resolving this quickly. We should have been compensated much more than making us pay in full for the room we wanted! We ended up staying in a very NICE property down the street for the same price with much better rooms and breakfast. These are luxury prices without the luxury accommodations or service.
