Best Western Pier Point Inn

My kids and I checked in room 349 on 8-14-2020. The front desk agents, Don and Nikki were wonderful. They were both very friendly and weren't scared to see me walk in with three young children. LolnThe view in our room was absolutely gorgeous! We had all the amenities in our room that we needed. (Packing for three kids is hard and I forgot half of our things)nI cannot praise your housekeeping staff enough. The room was very clean and smelled fresh when we walked in. Housekeeping is a hard job, especially during a pandemic and your staff clearly works very hard to ensure guest satisfaction.nThank you for helping make our little family getaway wonderful! We will see y'all again!

We had seen this hotel, while previously visiting the town, and this time we decided to stay overnight. We got a large room, on the fourth floor, overlooking the river and Old Town Florence. The room was quiet and the bed was comfy. To our surprise this is one of the few hotels that still serve hot food for breakfast during Covid-19. They give you a choice if four breakfast s that they serve to you and you take back to your room. It was awesome, kudos to the hotel and staff for making it work while still keeping us safe.

Considering this is only a 2 star hotel we were pleasantly surprised at our stay. The gentleman at the front desk was super friendly and our room (456) was clean, modern and very comfortable with a lovely view. The bathroom was slightly dated but aside from that it was a good place to stop on our road trip

The rooms were outstandingly clean. Loved that it had hardwood floors. With my husband having allergies it made it easy to choose the pet friendly room. Had a great view. Walking over the lovely bridge to the restaurants was great, views and more views. Will be back once Covid restrictions lifted, full breakfast would have been icing on stay.

We checked in after a 12 hour trip through smoky haze. The guy at the front desk made us feel welcome. We always sanitize a room before we settle in so we proceeded to do this. There was quite a bit of dust on bedside tables and dirt on couch in our room but the rest of the room was pretty clean. Because of the fires in the area we were forced to change a lot of our plans. Overall, it was an enjoyable time, despite the smoke.
