Seldom do I write reviews, but in today's world when you find a vendor who shows up at the time promised, communicates the fine details about the work, how they are going to complete the work and has a reasonable charge for their service, I feel that I should let others know. If these characteristics are important to you then Tip Top Roofing and Construction will be a company you will want to hire. Adam, the owner, relates well with customers and answered all of my questions concerning my project He also alerted me to a problem he noticed while working that was not in his line of work and he offered information on a company that had the expertise to do the work.
Adam and his crew tore off and replaced our roof within a day. They were courteous, professional, considerate of our plants and outside back porch furniture, and just a great roofing company that takes pleasing the customer as a mission statement. Easy to get along with and a great negotiator with insurance claims. Hint: helps when the owner doesn't accept first quote by insurer.
Adam did a fantastic job repairing our roof and siding. His cost was very competitive and the work was well done. His team was punctual and professional and I recommend him wholeheartedly.
Adam and his crew showed up early and got to work immediately. They laid tarps down all around the house to catch all the nails and debris and they cleaned up thoroughly when they were done. They did a quality job and they got it done quick!!
