I do not recommend DWC Roofing. They were not focused on good customer service at all. The project manager who drew up the contract took an extreme amount of time to provide a quote to get the insurance money released by the mortgage company. I was disappointed with the entire process with them when they replaced our last homes roof when paid for through insurance from storm damage. The office lady was very nice and was able to provide the needed paperwork quickly. Not sure why the salesman who worked with us was so lazy and complained about what was required to get the money released so the job could move forward. The roof was installed fine and they picked up the area.
DWC was very thorough. Troy found significant damage from a tree strike which was missed by other contractors. He worked with insurance to get the appropriate funding, and his teams did a fantastic job replacing my roof, gutters and some interior work which had been damaged. Troy also was very good about communicating with me during the process so I would know what was going on. Highly recommend.
My home had mold damage from flooding and DWC provided a timely estimate, worked with my insurance company, and completed the work proposed in a timely manner. They were quick to answer my questions and worked with my insurance adjuster to ensure I received the best quality of product replacement that my insurance was willing to cover.nnAfter dealing with a roofing company that took complete advantage of me, working with DWC was a breath of fresh air. The company is organized and professional and stands behind their product. I highly recommend utilizing DWC for all of your needs.
David Crouch was my project manager and he helped me with the insurance so I received an excellent settlement. The workers that put the roof on were great. They cleaned up everything before they left and wasted no time putting the roof on. It looks great. I would not hesitate recommending them to anyone.
We were interested in updating our gutters so had Matt come out for an estimate. He suggested that due to hail damage we consider doing roof and gutters. We agreed and he handled everything from that point on. Very easy from a customer standpoint as there was zero stress on our end! Great guy to work with and the crew was great with cleanup and how quick they finished!
