Thank you, Clifford, for such prompt and professional service !nnWhen our house was built some 14 years ago, the front gutter was not properly pitched to drain. The gutter would retain water, which was starting to rot the fascia board. Being a structural engineer, I knew that the simple solution was to add a downspout at the low point. After waiting five months (I kid you not) for another contractor to get around to our “small job”, we could wait no longer. We called Jordan Scott Contracting on a Thursday, and Clifford scheduled us for the following Monday. Clifford installed the downspout exactly as I had envisioned. His work was neat, professional, and thorough. The supplemental downspout was a perfect match and looked like it had always been there. After waiting so long for that “other contractor”, I was thrilled when Clifford fixed my problem so well and within just a couple of hours. We had an opportunity to meet Cliff and his team, after our roof had several leaks. Poor workmanship and insulation techniques from another company, forced us to replace our roof that was only 4 and a half years old. Because of this, we had trouble placing trust in contractors. We did an explicit amount of research and comparison for our roof project. Jordan Scott worked with us and back their prices and quality. Cliff was extremely helpful he spent time educating us on proper roofing installations,and always answered our questions. The project went very well and the team did an amazing job. The team was very polite and showed respect for our property. They did a great job cleaning up and inspecting before, during, and well after our project. We added gutters replacing our existing. Because we did this Cliff gave us a nice discount, stating since we are not reusing the old gutters, this will help me provide you with a perfect new roof!nnWe have provided several referrals to Jordan Scott because we know the team will not disappoint! I am so pleased that I found Jordan Scott Contracting. A friend of mine who I would trust with the souls of my children gave them a rave review So I called them after consulting with two other “reputable” contractors in the area. I had roof and gutter issues. Clifford came to my house walked my entire roof explained in detail exactly what I needed. They were here on time got the job done and didn’t try to upsell me on anything else. they cleaned up everything , even some of the mess left behind by a previous contractor They took care of all of my issues at a more than fair price. I will call them in the spring for new siding. If there were 10 stars I would give them 10 stars!! Thank you Jordan Scott !!
The company representative was very polite and cordial as well as efficient. The job was done quickly and professionally in one day for my 1200 sq. ft. house. They cleaned up very well and I have had no problems in the two years since. Very satisfied.
